If you are unhappy with the shipping cost, don't buy the item. Used carbs will always need some sort of service, that could mean a light cleaning or a full rebuild. This is a working right switch off of a 1976 Kawasaki kz400.

Once there they take care of paperwork and pass the parts on to you.
