They came off of a 2003 fast Softail standard and are oem original parts with the original throttle lock. Harley Davidson part number 96b is the chrome version that fits the 2003 fast.

No scratches but they are used. They list that it fits '02 later RISC, '96 '13 XL, '08 '12 XR, '96 '11 DNA and Softail except and '96 '13 road king except Flores model's. These switch covers are not Chinese knock offs. This is for your reference but do your homework on fitment.
