The mounting bracket is missing otherwise the switch looks to be straight and in good shape.

Should fit any 2002 to 2003 Yamaha Wr 250F 426F 450F four stroke dirt bike. Headlight on off switch from a 2003 Yamaha WR250F. May fit other model's as well but I don't know for sure.

Bolt it on, plug it in and go riding. Worked good on the bike it came off of. The wiring and connectors are in nice shape.
